We would like to announce the immediate availability of EssentialPIM 10.1.2. This version fixes a recent issue related to Yahoo and AT&T mail accounts when it wasn’t possible to receive new mail. We also introduced more expected behavior for the Reminders window, better handling of the recurring floating tasks, improved synchronizations with Outlook for Microsoft 365, Zoho and Mail.ru and many other minor fixes and stability improvements. EPIM will notify you about the new version update in a day or two, although if you’re up to manual updatding, head over to the downloads page and get the latest version from there.

Display the Total Number of Messages in a Folder

Display the Total Number of Messages in a Folder

Now there is an easier way to keep track of the total number of both read and unread email messages for each folder in Mail. To enable this feature, click on View->Total Number of Emails.

We would like to announce the release of EssentialPIM Free and EssentialPIM Pro 10.0.2. This release offers increased stability and couple of bug fixes, some of the changes are listed below:

  • The Float option for tasks can now be saved in templates
  • Attached files are automatically added to email messages converted from notes
  • Float column in tasks for better overview and one-click changes
  • Reminders will not be stealing current focus anymore

You will get notification about the availability of the new version automatically from EPIM in a day or two. However, if you would you like to update manually, you can always download and install the latest version from the Get EPIM page.

We would like to announce the immediate availability of EssentialPIM 10.0.1. This release improves readability of system fonts in notes, offers better integration for organizational zoho.com email accounts, introduces the new option to show week numbers in calendar’s Month view, enchases the way shortcuts work (now like toggles) for switching in between different notes views and brings up many general optimizations and bug fixes. We encourage all EssentialPIM 10.0 version users to upgrade to this version. You can upgrade either through the auto-update feature built into EPIM or by downloading the installation files from the Get EPIM page.

Use Zoom in and Zoom out of your Notes for a quick view. Temporarily change the size of what's on the Notes without messing up any formatting.

The new version of EssentialPIM Pro and Free 9.10.8 is available for download starting today! It includes some improvements related to synchronization with Google Contacts and Google Calendar, it now also offers you an ability to add any number of online calendar (iCal) subscriptions into the program (File->Subscriptions->Add Calendar Subscription), search and overall performance is improved for the Notes module and there’s also a number of other minor fixes and improvements. This update is free for all EssentialPIM Pro users who have the 9.10.x series version of EPIM installed, regardless of their regular license (includes 1 year of free updates) expiration date. The updates are always free for the lifetime license users.
