I've recently purchased EssentialPIM Pro and I'm using the Portable Edition. I'm very pleased with it but there seems to be an issue importing iCal calendars that have recurrent appointments. They spread throught the entire lenght of the period selected. For instance, if I try to import a general holidays calendar from an iCal file, from 01/01/2008 to 12/31/2009, the January 1st holiday will be created with a duration of 730 days.

Also, importing from an URL does not work at all.

Please let me know who I should contact for support on this issue.

Please send us a sample iCal that does not import well and indicate which event specifically does not import OK. Please also indicate which program created the iCal file. you can send it to ma@essential.. with a link to this topic, please.
