access violation error

Post by matty dread »

i am getting an error that says:

access violation at address 0049408F in module essentialpim.exe. read of address 00000024.

i tried uninstalling and deleting original folder and it worked for a while but when i tried to do a new pim file, and then went back to the test.epim file, i get the error.

the error comes up when i hit schedule. if I go to contacts first I don't seem to get the error.

Thanks for reporting! Which version are you using?
Does same error happen when you create a new EPIM file?

i update my prior version to the latest. then I also uninstalled and re-installed with the latest version.

it seems to work ok for a while, then it throws that error and it won't work anymore. i'll see if I can pinpoint something for you....

Thanks! That would be appreciated..so far unclear whether the error is peculiar to the particular database, or EPIM has a general problem on your machine.
