Show Names in Shrink Menu Sidebar

hi admin,
i need a compromise in showing module names in sidebar, so under the icons.
to choose in settings show names down or under icons.
i cant use to shrinked view, missing names slow me very much, but with next to i cant get all names shown in 2nd top menu.
maybe it can be coded easylie, one line and a checkbox.

forget it, i need much more these icons next to the top menu, as i'm fixed to top steering.
i setted earlier a thread on that.
the left sidebar menu can stay as is.
