Aufforderung zur Lizenzerneuerung trotz Lifetime-Lizenz

Hallo,
aktuell habe ich EssentialPIM Pro 12.1.3 (Build 1029) installiert. Es gibt ein neues Update 12.1.3 (Build 1030) und wenn ich das installieren möchte, dann kommt eine Aufforderung, dass ich meine Lizenz erneuern soll.

Ich habe eine Lifetime-Lizenz, wieso bekomme ich diese Aufforderung? Sollte ich eine Neuinstallation vornehmen?

Selbes Problem hier! NAch dem Update wird mit permanent die Free-Version geöffnet. Die Eingabe des Lizenzschlüssel bestätigt zwar die Aktivierung der (lebenslangen) Pro-Version, aber die Funktionen bleiben ausgegraut. Nach neustart der Software beginnt das Spiel von vorne!

Ich musste meinen Rechner neu installieren und habe jetzt das gleiche Problem. Meine Lifetime Lizenz wird nicht mehr anerkannt.

I have the same problem. I have EPIM Pro including Lifetime-Upgrades since 4 years now.

At the moment I have version 12.1.3 Build 1030. While trying to update to 12.2 Build 1041 I get the error message that my update license expired and I shall buy license for another year.

But if I look at the "About EPIM" there is correctly written "Registered for xxx" and "Free upgrades: Lifetime"...
Nevertheless I put in the registry key and the lifetime upgrade key again, but no change.

I have screenshots but don't know how to attach it here. And I still have the original mails with the license and the lifetime upgrade informations.

Hi, I've got the answer from a admin, and I did it. All works fine now.
Donload EPIM (30 days free) and install it. Then put in your registration key and your name. And everything will be accepted and works as befor.

I already had that idea to make a clean new install of EPIM. But I hoped to avoid that and continue with the nice configured installation...
