stuck on version 12.1.2 build 1026

I understand that version 12.1.3 has arrived. I've used 2 test versions of updated? version 12.1.2. When I go to check for updates, it tells me that none are available. Is this because build 1026 is the same as version 12.1.3 or a bug in the checking process for the interim builds?

Should I sit tight, download 12.1.3 and install and will it upgrade 12.1.2 build 1026?
