Outlook Sync access violation since EPIM 12.1 ???

While Outlook Sync has worked fine since I purchased, when I upgraded to EPIM 12.1, sync gets

Access violation at address 0000000000955A98 in module 'EPIMOutl64.exe'. Read of address FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFE

I use Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 Version 2411 and have not updated recently.

Thank you! Here's what we would appreciate if you could do:
1. Make a copy of your EPIM database file. Then, open the copied file with EPIM and delete all the data from it, leaving only the contacts.
2. Make a copy of your Outlook PST file. Then, open the copied file in Outlook and delete all the data from it, leaving only the contacts.
3. Archive both files and forward them to us.

Best option would be to upload the files to a file-sharing service such as Google Drive and sharing the download links with us. Thank you!
