Cursor jumps to the "Add a Note" sometimes when moving up the notes tree before the top is reached.

Post by VictorParkerPIM »

This has been happening for Months or longer.
I've tried to find out what causes it but I'm at a loss.
When I'm in the Notes tree and select a note mid list arranged by name
and use the up arrow key to move up sometimes it jumps to the "add a note" field.
It seems to be when I use a character that is a none alphabet or number for the first character of the Note name. When I move up the notes list is when it jumps to the "add a note" field. This is not a serious problem but it sure is a bother. For me it's repeatable every time. I haven't seen any comments on this. I hope the problem can be found.

Thanks in advance for checking on this.

We've been unable to reproduce the issue on our end so far, unfortunately. However, we will continue to investigate. In the meantime, if you notice any specific patterns that lead to the issue, please keep us updated.

I, also, am unable to reproduce. Use of the up/down key to navigate to different Notes within a folder works as advertised. It might be because I have not Enabled the Shortcut Keys within the program. IME
