Tasks Issues

Hi,

For some reason, every task I have ever worked on is now showing as not complete and they have all re-appeared.

Additionally, when I have a header task, I can no longer keep it open - even if I set 'none' to completion.

Example;

HEADER TASK (NONE COMPLETION)
TASK A
TASK B
TASK C


When I 100% task A, B and C there appears no way to keep the header task open as it now automatically sets to 100%

We end up with this

HEADER TASK (100%)
TASK A (100%)
TASK B (100%)
TASK C (100%)


What I actually want;

HEADER TASK (NONE)
TASK A (100%)
TASK B (100%)
TASK C (100%)

Could you walk us through the steps to reproduce the issue? That would really help!

Regarding your second question, please make sure to disable the option labeled "Automatically calculate parent task progress based on child tasks." You can find this option by navigating to Tools -> Options -> Modules -> Tasks.

Hi,

Setting that option again helped fix the tasks being closed issue.

Not sure what reset it?


As to the tasks appearing, I didn't actually do anything. One day just the ones I was working on were visible. Next time I opened EPIM, all of them were visible?

No idea what happened?

I've closed them all and then just re-opened the open ones..
