Dear Friend,
I am facing a problem with changed subject lines in email received.
After upgradation of 12.0.5, I am seeing this issue.
I receive email using IMAP and suddenly I see emails with changed subject lines. One of the subject lines is copied to other emails which are not related in the queue and being displayed. This is very painful and I am not able to nail the bug.
It seems to be randomly happening. Initially I thought there is a problem with others sending emails with unrelated subject lines in a hurry. Then I got a confirmation today that even emails received 1 week back are effected with one particular email which originated outside the geographical boundary.
Also this did not stop here. The client went and changed the subject lines in the server and when I am logging using HTTPS on a web browser, the changes are being shown done in the reverse direction.
I stopped using your email client now due to this since the last 2 days being scared.
First to fix this, is there any way where the client will only receive email and not commit the changes in the client in my laptop to the server ?
How can I stop it , so that I can be sure that the server message base is not corrupted.
If there is no way to resolve this , then I do not have any more choice except to abandon EPIM Pro. I have a lifetime license.
Also my database of emails is today 113 GB nearly.
I am checking using the maintenance option to see what happens.
Let me know how to troubleshoot this problem as I am now aware of the workings of your software and do not want to abandon it unless absolutely necessary.

Re: Changed subject lines
And this is the reason why I suggested last year to have one version as LTS (Long Term Support). I am using it for my office work and cannot afford to lose emails or change subject lines or whatever. I need the product to be rock solid. I have used very stable products earlier from various sources and I am aware that software can never be completely bug free. But it can undergo extensive testing to check out hard to find bugs and make it very stable. I need stability and can make do with less features. Please once again consider LTS model of development.
