Copying a range of calendar events to a single note

Post by garlandw »

How can I copy a range of calendar events to a single note? Yearly I copy my calendar entries to a single note so that I can easily search for an event from within the Notes section. Currently I do this by going to the Agenda view in my calendar and filter out the events I want to transfer. A copy and paste yields a clumsy mess so I export to a csv file, delete the unwanted fields, etc and then cut and paste to a new note giving one line per event. Tedious but it works. Is there a way to do this more directly?

You can right-click on the selected events and choose Convert to -> Note. Hope that's what you were looking for.

Yes, I have tried that. Thanks but that creates a separate note for every event. I am attempting to create a SINGLE note containing all the selected calendar events.

I see. You can select the individual notes you created, copy, and paste them into a single note, for example. Unfortunately, there isn't a simpler method available at the moment.
