11.8.4 portable Can not create new task

I can not create a task in 11.8.4 portable either through File-->New or right clicking inside the window. (I am unsure if this is a new in this version though) Appointments, contacts and others seem unaffected.

Tried deleting epim.ini and start program again, still same issue.

A bit earlier I did send one or two reports via the interface but attaching here as well.

It is no longer possible to create new tasks in the current version of portable EPIM 11.8.4 from 27.03.2024. When creating new tasks, two error messages appear one after the other.

An error message also appears when changing the language via the Tools menu, but the language is changed to the selected language.

Please download and reinstall EPIM 11.8.4, that should resolve the issue.

Tasks can be created again, but the keyboard shortcuts for direct deletion "shift+del" no longer work for tasks and appointments.

In addition, the following error has not been fixed in the current version 11.8.4 from 01.04.2024:

Appointment change "resets" end time

We are unable to reproduce the issue with the Shift+Del shortcut not working. Please check if it works on your end with a new test database, and let us know the result.
