Hi,

When I do check for updates, the update panel comes up, but it's completely blank. There is, however, a button which allows download.

The installation fails and checking Norton 360, it thinks that it is a virus and removes it. I have to reboot my machine to allow Norton to complete removal and to start working correctly again

When I install the file manually from your website, Norton says that it doesn't have a valid digital signature and asks if I want to remove it.

Update. Norton had blocked all internet access and I had to update the firewall to allow it.
