Problemi di sincronizzazione e promemoria su Android

Buongiorno, chiedo aiuto per 2 problemi che ho su EssentialPim Android (sul PC funziona tutto).
Quando sincronizzo i dati, i promemoria non vengono copiati nella versione Android.
Se li aggiungo manualmente, Android mi invia la notifica solo per il primo evento, tutti gli eventi successivi, nonostante compaia l'icona di promemoria nell'evento, non me li invia più. Questo succede sia sugli smartphone Oppo che Huawei.
Ovviamente, nelle impostazioni del telefono, son attivate tutte le notifiche per EssentialPim.
Ringrazio tutti coloro che vorranno aiutarmi.

Please attempt to create a test event with a reminder in Windows EPIM, synchronize it with Android EPIM, and then open the test event to check if the reminder is present. If it is, repeat the procedure, this time adding a couple of reminders to the event, and then verify if they all appear in AEPIM by opening the event after synchronization with WinEPIM. Thanks for your help. I apologize for replying to the request twice.
I deleted all data from Android database. Created a new database on Windows with new event. Synchronization occurred regularly with reminders.
Added 2 more reminders that appear regularly in Android after a new synchronization.
I wouldn't want my database created several years, ago to have compatibility issues.
What if I recreated it all again?

You can try to sync your data over to the new database by using EPIM Synchronizer (https://www.essentialpim.com/features/f ... nchronizer). Thanks.

I reset epim and synchronized everything from scratch.
The first syncs went well.
I haven't synced for a day and just now I tried to sync a new note with some new appointments and it asks me again to sync other old events from epim android to pc...
I had also reset the epim windows and the synchronization indicators.
Why are you having problems with syncs?
The epim db etc. is all new

can you please send me the portable version. I tried downloading the version from the site but the problem persists.
If you have the correct portable version I would be happy as I use that.
