EPIM Cloud / Gmail Account Setup

I have tried numerous times to setup my Gmail account on EPIM Cloud. Every time that I try to set it up, there is an error message saying that my IMAP username or password is incorrect. I have correctly, manually configured my Gmail account in the past in other email clients and have not had a problem. I have enabled IMAP in my Gmail account.

I'm not sure of what the problem is. Any help would be appreciated.I am attaching a screen shot of the email settings for your reference.

If you have enabled 2-step verification on Google, please try signing in with an app password:

I am not using two-factor authentication for my Gmail, I am only using a single password.

We would still highly recommend generating and using an app password.
