Android App - Sort search results.

Hello,
I'm not sure if I should post this here since it's a suggestion or in the Android Forum so feel free for the Admins to move it.

It would really be helpful if the search results in the Android app would be sorted Alphabetically. As it is right now they're all over the place, makes it difficult to scan results when you have pages of them.

From which module are you searching for data?

My bad, the Notes module.

In this case, the sorting of found notes should follow the one set in the module.

I must be doing something wrong, I'm not seeing it. How many characters does it sort by? I have the sort in the module Alphabetically by title. I even tried changing the direction of the sort and it shows the same in the results.

EPIM provides search results across all the tabs (lists). The search results are ranked in a way that the more relevant ones are displayed closer to the top.

Thanks for the response and explanation. I don't know how the results are ranked but maybe could you give the option to turn that off in the future? I simply want the results to be alphabetically by title or as you say, whichever option I have the sort chosen by in the Notes Module.

Curious now though, how are the results ranked?
