How do I use outlook sync?

How do I use outlook sync?

I am having a problem with the EPIM outlook sync, I select local database and enter database path but it won't let me go any further, everything to the right of that section is grey/inactive. I need the 'outlook PST file' option but it is stuck on 'office 365 / exchange server'.

Please ignore the above as I have just realised it is onenote I have not outlook.
