I've been using epim for some years now and syncing my android device via WiFi with no problems.
I thought I would give epim cloud a try - complete disaster - all my note entries have been duplicated, when I go to tasks the android app crashes, the password modules shows the groups but no individual entries.
I have no cancelled my trial and I'm now going to sort out the mess your cloud sync has made
Very disappointed, I expected something better from your organisation

Rather disappointed that no one from Epim replied to my original post, they obviously have no interest in their customers problems and just keep their heads buried in the sand and hope it all goes away
I have just submitted a 3 star review on epim and the sync problems on Trustpilot

paulg, there was no question in your post, and I'm unsure how we should have responded to it. We are always committed to resolving any issues users may encounter and continuously seeking ways to improve our product. However, in order to effectively address these issues, we often require assistance from users, such as providing detailed descriptions of the problem.

I'm rather surprised by your response, so you need a direct question before you respond, the fact I said in my post that I was getting duplicate entries, the app crashed and passwords were missing wasn't enough for you to give a reply.
Here is a question for you to answer, I made the original post around 2-3 weeks ago, what changes have to made to correct the problems I was having? - I assume you have made some changes and not just ignored my post.

How can I do that???? I clearly stated I have cancelled my trial cloud sync.
I'm not going to risk messing all my data by taking out another trial.
Just forget the whole incident, as a support team your response is unbelievably poor.
