Suggestions relating to rules definition:
When a rule is added or updated, it is normal to run the rule. This seems to match only the first matching email and despite there may be multiple emails which the rule could catch, you have to launch the rule dialog again to run the rule again. This is a big time waster as you have to go through the menu's to launch the rule dialog.
Suggestion: Why can't this run action be modified so that it can deal with multiple emails? It seems unlikely a rule would be defined to match just one email.
Suggestion: Make the rule dialog modal so that it stays on-screen until the user closes it down? That would fix managing multiple emails as the user can keep clicking the run button.
Suggestion: The dialog modal status could feasibly be made user definable with a checkbox (default ON), so if the user doesn't want modal status, they can switch it off.
Suggestion Add a button to the toolbar to launch the rule dialog. Going through menu's to get frequently needed rule definition is a little clumsy.
Suggestion: Much trickier to implement but still doable. Add rule definition as a new pane on the main screen so that the user could switch to and from rule definition much easier. There will likely be objections to this change, but I'd like to add it as a possible.

Re: Updating Rules Definition
This appears to be a bug rather than a suggestion. When a message rule is executed, it should be applied to all the corresponding messages in the email folder it runs against. Based on our tests, it appears that the message rules functionality is functioning as expected. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you could provide a detailed description of the initial problem, including steps to reproduce it. Thanks.

Re: Updating Rules Definition
Hmm, sorry about that. I've got used to defining/running rules - and disappointed when the rule moved a single message -ignoring others which were a definite match.
