I have EfficientPIM, version 5.6, build 559. It appears that Windows 11 has changed something. The Calendar will no longer load at startup.
Additionally, your "support email" is dead.
So is your WebSite ... http://www.efficientpim.com/
What's up?
Windows 11 issue

"essentialPIM.com"
Thanks. I have an old version and it was called Efficient ... as was the website and email.
But the issue of the calendar not loading on startup is recent, and just after a Windows upgrade, so I think it is a Windows fault that they might be able to assist with. Windows is "kid driven" these days.

We are in no way related to Efficient
Android version of EssentialPIM. Keep all your data in sync!

As other's have said wrong site, wrong company, but also:rwills wrote: ↑Thu May 11, 2023 3:33 pm I have EfficientPIM, version 5.6, build 559. It appears that Windows 11 has changed something. The Calendar will no longer load at startup.

EfficientPIM is dead, and is completely abandon-ware. You can find old versions to download on shady sites, but you're not going to find any support for it now.
As a condolence though, normally I wouldn't post competing software on this forum but you're best options for living replacements that I know of are:
PIM + Calendar:
EssentialPIM [This place]
DoogiePim [https://bitespire.com/details_doogiepim.php]
HandyPIM [https://www.handypim.com/index.html]
If you can live without multiple programs instead of all in one.
UKs Kalender [http://www.ukrebs-software.de/] is a pretty sweet standalone calendar system.
Re: Windows 11 issue
Thanks for the explanation. The software's address was dead, but an online search came up with your address ... and I thought convincingly that you may have changed the name for a new format. There is way more deadware (or dead flakeware) these days than I would ever imagine. Too many have bad business models, and bad ethics as well. They come on strong, and leave without a conscience.
I will check out your suggestions. Including this site.
