Error Popup
Latest version, new installation.
When I send/receive email I am prompted with the following popup.
I never saw this in my earlier installation - I'm not sure I understand what it's telling me. What do I need to do to fix it?

May I ask you to forward me the log file via PM? Thanks!

Re: Error Popup
It has been several days with no email and I'm starting to worry that nothing's been done to help me to get back to a usable system. The latest screen grab when EPIM collects email is:
I have no idea what the system is telling me, nor what i need to do to fix it. The system was working perfectly before I installed the latest update.

Re: Error Popup
I spoke too soon.
I reported success after witnessing a clean error-free download of hundreds of emails. 9 everything seemed back to norm.
However, some 10 minutes later, I'm back with the miserable missing folder report.

Re: Error Popup
Here's what you can do:
- Click on File->Database Management, select IMAP from the Clear synchronization data section and click on the Clear button. Check if mail starts working again then. If not:
- Remove the mail account and add it back in. Will it start working then? If not:
- Forward us the latest log file which name starts with "Mail", the one you attached above wasn't the one we needed.
Thanks.

Re: Error Popup
Thanks for that.
Need to check, however, it seems I'm back okay. No error pop-ups and collection seems to be okay.
I haven't done anything at all which could have impacted this, so I'm a little confused about what is going on.

Re: Error Popup
Ok, so we can then assume these were network-related issues.

Re: Error Popup
I am still suffering failures. I've attached the screenshot and log file.
From what I can figure out, the failure occurs during processing of rules, where a folder for a rule is missing. It's a great pity that the log file doesn't report the name of the missing folder - that would allow me to find the rule and solve the problem quickly. Instead, I've got to edit each rule until I find the one that is missing - I've got dozens of rules, so this is very time-consuming.
From the log file:
Furthermore, I imported the rules from a rules export created in an earlier version of EPIM - and found that all imported rules had undefined folders to move the messages to. It's a crazy situation to make a backup copy of rules which won't work in future versions.

Re: Error Popup
We need a log file that begins with "Mail".
