Confirm for Database closing
When choosing file->close (deutsch: Datei-> Schließen) it would be great to have a dialog to confirm closing. While using dropbox sync, it's ugly to wait for syncing, because closing database was a Ooops!

Re: Confirm for Database closing
What is the reason for your request? Is it because you want to save your database to Dropbox, but accidentally clicked on the Close button instead of the Save to Dropbox button?

Re: Confirm for Database closing
After closing database or Epim, Epim saves database to Dropbox, which will take several minutes. If I accidentally close it, I’ll sit and wait until I can open Epim again. That’s boring.

Re: Confirm for Database closing
Could you please clarify why clicking on the 'File' menu is necessary? I am trying to understand the issue better.

Re: Confirm for Database closing
Sorry. It isn’t relevant if it’s “necessary” or not. In fact if I choose file->close (or even click x on Epim) it should be common to get a confirmation to avoid that step to be accidentally used. I see it wouldn’t, if I am only working on a locally stored database. So if I close accidentally, I could simply open it again.
That thing changes, if I am syncing the database (in my case) with Dropbox. After closing Epim, it’s synchronizing with Dropbox, which will take some minutes. I will not be able to reopen it until that process has been finished.
So it would be great to get asked if I really want to quit.
