Secondary sort...

Post by bobmac1547 »

I'd like to be able to sort tasks by more than one column.
For example, sort by due date and then priority; or priority and then due date.
There are lots of combinations I'd like to be able to do.

And even better would be to be able to save the sort criteria so that I could just click one button and have the multiple factor sort occur.
I measure a good day by how little I fell behind.

Sort on multiple columns is already possible. For as far as I know in all modules that have column headers.
Click first on the main sort columnheader, then use CTRL-Click on the following columnsheaders.
You even see a small number in the title that tells you it is the 2nd or 3rd sorting criteria.

Saving multiple criteria is not possible, I do not know if a lot of people are interested in that option.
But as a suggestion it is good and maybe they can add it to their working list.
