Cannot restore backup Android Pro version

have a problem
" Invalid backup file "
file *****.zip.encr
even I tried to change extension to " zip " . no. " Invalid backup file " again and again
any help! pleease
EPIM android on old and new devices have latest versions

Can you try creating another backup of your EssentialPIM data on the old device and then check if it can be successfully restored on the new device?

Unfortunately not
Old device was cleared. Factory reset.
Is there any hope?

May I ask from which folder you are restoring the backup file? I suggest trying to move it into the default backup folder on your new device to see if it resolves the issue.

Sorry, I couldn't answer your questions few days. Well, I tried to restore backup by moving backup file to default folder. Unfortunately, this didn't help me
Also I tried rename my old backup file with name of new (maiden with new version on new phone) backup file. Unsuccessfully.

Can you recall which AEPIM version the backup file was created with?

It was on my old device

But my problem was solved. I found backup on desktop version. Synchronization works very well each time!
