Synchronisation mit Google klappt nicht mehr

Post by draftec »

Hallo zusammen,

This is by design. I'd recommend you to sync your calendar data via Google in AEPIM, as well, then. Or you can set up which calendar to sync with AEPIM in the sync options for your Android device in WinEPIM.

Thanks for the answer. But that means for me, I prefer to use my old calendar, because it can synchronize with the Google calendar. I find the distinction between local calendar and online calendar awkward.

You can move your old local calendar into the set of calendars that sync with Google. Use drag&drop or right click and choose properties.

There's the "Create calendars in Google for each of EPIM categories" option for your Google sync in Tools->Options->Synchronization->Google. You need to enable it. Then move your local calendar under the Google's account and in this case EPIM should create Google Calendars for your EPIM categories.

the option was there earlier. Now I can't find them anymore.

You're actually right, seems it was removed some time ago. In this case you can create different calendars for different categories, move the corresponding events into these newly created calendars and then sync them with Google Calendar.

That this is too complex for me, because i have too many categories.
But thank you very much for the quick processing and reply

If you filter your events by category and use the Agenda view, moving them into separate calendars should be a straightforward process. I highly recommend giving it a try.

In meinem Fall ungefähr 20 Stück.

@draftec
