BCC missing

Not sure what happened but moving my data from desktop to laptop and back again, the BCC field has gone.

I have From, To and Subject

Cant seem to find anywhere in options to set BCC on/off

Ok found it under, New email, View.

I would have thought it was a global setting.

It's a global setting, which can also be enabled by clicking on either of the buttons highlighted on the screenshot:
