Check for update doesnot present description

Hi there,

when checking for updates (using 11.2.1), program presented the description window, but empty.
I downloaded 11.2.2 from homepage and everything was ok after installation.

So why could the window possibly have been empty?

I had the same problem when I checked for updates. The dialog to download the update appears, but it's blank.

It happened to me too more than once, but I didn't pay attention to it and searched the Version History on the site

I have the same problem here.

It should have been fixed for the latest 11.2.3 version release.

I just installed EPIM 11.7 Pro and this problem occurs again. Everything else seems OK

Which version of EPIM were you updating from? Additionally, what is the interface language of your EPIM?

I updated 11.6.6 to 11.7 with Italian interface.

But this morning the problem no longer occurs. Now the usual "no updates available" window appears

That's expected since you're already on the latest version, which is 11.7 at the moment.
