Re: sync problem
Is there any error message on the Windows side, as well? If so, please forward us the log file from it.

Re: sync problem
Thanks, we'd still need the log file from Windows EPIM. Please forward it to me via PM.

Re: sync problem
It affects a number of users, unfortunately.

Re: sync problem
I have the exact same problem as described by lodar. It just came out of the blue. EPIM 11.2.3/Android 12. IOS works fine. You guys are usually quick with a solution, so here is hoping - and a big thank you for all your work in advance!

Re: sync problem
There's a problem with reproducing this issue on our side. We got couple of sample database files and backup copies from the users with the problem, although all of them worked and synchronized just fine.
So what you can do is to backup your AEPIM data, reinstall the app, remove the sync from WinEPIM and add it back and then try to sync again, will there be the error then?

Re: sync problem
Hi,
I tried exactly what you suggest and still had the same problem with AEPIM vers. 6.0.8. on Android 12 Samsung A14. The update to 6.0.10 had no syncing success either. So I reverted to AEPIM vers. 5.?.? (as you also suggested somewhere, with download-link) and had no problems with syncing then. Strangely though, when I look now, the App information tells me I am running AEPIM 6.0.10! I definitely downloaded and installed AEPIM vers. 5. Confusing. Anyway, sychronisation is working now. So for me things are OK - for the time being!
Best
David
