Lack of Synchronization between Gmail and EPIM

Hi

I am using PIM recently. There is vast mismatch between emails in my Gmail account(2018) and that of EPIM(1744) for all Mails. Individual email folders number count is fine. Please help on how to get sync working

I suppose you need to remove and then re-add the Google's account back into EPIM. Will it help? Please also mention your Windows EPIM version number.

I have removed and added Gmail account. I have done it twice. Still the issue is not solved. My version is PRO 11.2. Please suggest

Is there still the same error message? Please also check if you're on the lastest 11.2.3 version of EPIM. Thanks!

The issue is with Inbox and All mail from Gmail. All mail should consist of all emails Including Inbox. which is not happening..Please help
