Cloud synchronization: Option 1-way - 2-way
Sync option 1-way (forward and backward) AND 2-way would be helpful for getting a mixed up cloud back in line.

Please elaborate a bit more about what you mean by saying a "mixed up cloud"?

"mixed up cloud"?
My first sync trials were not so sucessful .
I got some double entries (duplicates) and a different order of customized fields.
And for fixing that, it would be helpful to force that the cloud is 100% equal with my EssentialPIM database restored from a backup. This setup (one-way-sync) will be helpful for that issue.
Actually, For fixing my fault in the cloud, I have created a new (empty) epim file an have synced with the empty file the cloud (for erasing the cloud) and then synced with the reloaded epim file (from my backup).
The one-wax-sync would be faster and more easier.
This one-way-sync would also be helpful, when i would like to use my android phone only for "reading" the windows database which is synced to the cloud. Then the cloud is sonething like a backup.

Understood, thanks very much for providing us with a context for your request.
As for clearing up your EPIM Cloud account - you did everything perfectly right, that was the best way.
