Unable to synchronize iPhone with PC

Have purchased EssentialPIM Pro Business.

Tried everything to sync my iphone with PC with no success.
Have reinstalled EssentialPIM, iTunes, changed port code with no success.

All the time on the iPhone there is the next picture:

I have tried everything with no success and also had to reinstall the programs several times to no avail.
The latest thing that happened is that the programs themselves went to the free version even though I bought pro bussine's lifetime license.

Syncing becomes a nightmare, so I tried to test the program without an account, but now it went by itself (?) to free vesrion and there is nowhere a menu tab that you can activate it.

When the programs are started, again, you never know what happens, should it hang up, go to the free version or is everything duplicated several times over?

You have a Windows Store version on your screenshot, which uses different licensing mechanisms. If you purchased a key, please download and install EPIM Pro Business from our web site here: https://www.essentialpim.com/download-free and register it with your license key. Thanks.

I have downloaded the apps for the iphone, from your website, and reinstalled but never managed to sync it with windows.
The same window as during the help does not appear?

Please mention which window you mean. Also, is there any error message? What happens when you try to start the sync process?

I have tried all that but nothing helps.
That home screen on the iphone doesn't appear llas!
Is there any way you can help with this?
I have an iPhone Xs Max.
Does sync, between PC and iPhone, work for others who use EssentialPIM Pro Business?

My only guess would be a lack of Apple's Bonjour service in your system. You can download it from here: https://support.apple.com/kb/dl999?locale=en_GB

I have already done that downloaded Bonjour service re-installed twice.
Didn't help!

If you use VPN, please try to disable it for testing purposes and see if it helps.

I don't have a VPN enabled.
Even turned off the McAfee antivirus program with no success.
