Signature when using 'reply'

Post by RossHart »

New user - as in downloaded 30 hours ago - and will likely buy Business Pro in a day or so . . . very impressed so far.

If this is addressed already in the forum I apologize - I've spent a lot of time importing from my now former PIM and haven't had time to peruse the posts or otherwise get familiar with the forum.

I set up my email account signatures and when I initiate an email my signature appears on the email screen with my erudite prose.

However, when I do a 'reply' to an email there's nothing there.
(a) does it get added in when it's sent or
(b) do I need to set something or
(c) have I got something messed up or
(d) is it something that needs to be tweaked on your end?

(ps - I have other questions but will try to hold them back until I'm more used to the software.

Signature in replies should be working same way as if you were creating a new message. Is that the latest EPIM version 11.1.6?

Thank you for response. Yes, I learned of program day before yesterday, downloaded it (and it is 11.1.6) and am test driving it as best I can. Running Windows 10-Pro. The 'signature' does not appear on 'reply' or 'reply all' (just tried it again). my signature is as follows:

Thank you, Ross. I think we were able to reproduce the issue. Will fix it in the next program's update. For the time being, please simply shorten your signature and it should work.

Another workaround would be to copy your signature, paste it as plain text into notes and then copy it back into mail as a signature. In this case it's going to work as expected.
