Bulk export of mails to EML?
Which possibilities are given to organize the bulk export of mails to EML?
Reason is, that I need to have it in Maildir-format for importing them on an Mailarchive-System (Spider - https://spiderd.io/).
I´ve 5 different *.epim-Files (one current and 4 archives), which are mostly between 2 to 3,5 GB in size and each filled with up to 20 different accounts (project-email-addresses....) and each account with multiple folders.
An handling with exporting from each single folder brings me to the date of my retirement in some years....
Any ideas for an simple solution?

Re: Bulk export of mails to EML?
You can speed up the process by clicking on an account's name, filtering (if needed) messages and then exporting them. In this case you wouldn't need to go from folder to folder.

Thanks - that was only partial helpful, because the folder structure is gone lost and all messages are now in one big pot.
Additional I need to tell, that for using this method it´s necessary, to mark all of the messages in the account and to choose "Selected messages" in the dialog window. If "All messages" is chosen, no export result happens.

That's actually an interesting observation about the "All messages" option isn't working when an account name is selected. I think we're going to improve this by not only allowing to export all messages in such cases but also automatically placing them into different directories based on their location in mail account folders.

I'd say no sooner than weeks, maybe a month or two.

It seems to me that this would be a very useful improvement. Hopefully we get it soon and I'll never need to use it.

Re: Bulk export of mails to EML?
The feature is scheduled for inclusion in the next major EPIM's update, the 11.6 version.

We plan to release the first beta version of EPIM 11.6 in approximately two weeks, although no specific date has been confirmed for the final release version yet.
