EPIM Android 6.0.9
Phone: Samsung Galaxy S21 - Android 13
Tablet: Samsung Tab S8 - 13
same Problem.

I had to wipe all my Data because Epim PRO Desktop (11.1.11) messed up a part of the categorys.

going to try the manuell mode, automatic mode still isn't working :/

so, did your 'working on the problem' finally solve it, so it won't come up in future anymore? Or was this something that came up with 6.05 only?

You mean a problem with picking a Pro version that was purchased more than 7-8 years ago?

No!
I mean the threads that come up from time to time here in forum, telling that installation does not find license key.
For what reason this happens does not seem to be clear in those threads.
So some information, why this happens, in generell would help to ensure others, that new installations will not have a problem in not finding key.

Have to edit my problem...

I also do not know where to find the licence Key.

EPIM Android 6.0.9 PRO
Phone: Samsung Galaxy S21 - Android 13

same Problem. Asks for Licence Key. Do not know my licence Key and where to find it.
manually installed 5.8.7 Pro and deactivated auto-update

if i activate 2-way-sync it's going to mess up my categorys. So at the moment i'm only using one way sync PC-->Android

Your license key is tied to your Google account. If it was purchased more than 7-8 years ago, sometimes EPIM cannot get that info by sending out requests to Google. In such cases we offer manual app registrations.

Same here. Did not get Pro Status on 6.0.10 installed from Google Play (Android 13) and had a fatal error on synchronizong Calendar.

Installing the 5.8.7 work fine, subsequent upgrade to 6.0.10, too.

this issue STILL PERSISTS!
sorry admin, my wife & me use EPpro since ~ 8 years, an order ID is more than hard to find - to be honest: IMPOSSIBLE!!!
Would this work with the Google account also?

I have the same error. Had to reinstall the Android version. Now I can't upgrade to PRO. Bought EssentialPIM Pro on March 5th 2016. How can I get it up running again? I would buy it again, but don't have the option.

I too had the same problem recently. The solution is always the same. Install AEPIM 5.8.7 which you can download from the link below. After that update to the latest version from play store.

Additional info (maybe helpful for others): I had also problems getting the EPIM Android system account back to work to see the contacts in the dialer. After I unchecked and checked the EPIM system account checkbox, and EPIM recreated the account back, everything is now working like before.
