Finding A Rule

Post by KmxSoft »

If you want to update a rule, it is necessary to find the rule from the list of rules. This is time consuming and tedious.

It would be a great enhancement if you could right-click a folder and choose to edit the rule which applies to that folder. Quick and easy.

You can search rules by their names in the Message Rules dialog window. There could be several rules for a folder and some rules may not include any folders at all (if you wish to assign a tag or automatically save attachments to a certain folder, for instance).

Searching involves work. Finding a rule isn't the problem - it's the need to carry out a time consuming process to get to the rule that is.
