EPIM Cloud - Socket Error #10060 Connection Timed Out

Hello

I am receiving a Socket Error #10060 Connection Timed Out error when trying to sync with EPIM Cloud. I am seeing the progress bar move and then I receive this error. I have tried to just sync contacts and then just tried to sunc calendar only and still see the same error. I have also logged in online to verify that there were no issues with my login credentials. Does anyone have any thoughts?

I also want to add that I have turned off any firewalls and gone into database management and cleared any synchronization data. Probably should also point out that this is a new database.

Please try again, seems one of the EPIM Cloud instances has suddenly went offline. Should be working now, though.

Thank you. I am still receiving the error.

I also updated to 11.0.4 this morning. Please know that it does appear to be progressing more before getting the error. However, I am still getting the error consistently.

Please advise.

I get this error as well from time to time, when syncing mails at program start. What is 10060 about?
Everything I mention comes out of my experience. I'm not an expert. Feel free to try anything I suggest ... but always at your own risk.

Do you still get the error? We've moved EPIM Cloud to a new system with more powerful servers, so it should now be much more stable than ever before.

What's your EPIM version number? If the latest one 11.0.4, forward us the log file, please, it can be found here: Tools->Options->Synchronization, Browse...
