Cannot synch with EPIM Cloud

Cannot synch with EPIM Cloud

I just signed up for EPIM Cloud services and I keep getting the following error:

HTTP/1,1 401 unauthorized

I have checked my firewall settings and have even added a inbound and outbound rule for EPIM Cloud.

Still getting the same error.

What confuses me is that I am able to log into my cloud account without any problems.

Please help

Windows 10
Latest version of EPIM Pro, Lifetime access.

I have the same problem and made a few posts asking for help with this issue. Can you help me if I PM you with the email address I used to set up my cloud account?

PM does not seem to be working right now.

But I stated what my Cloud username is in my last reply to you. It is dmdcissp. It was your system that stated that PM was not available.

I can deal with PM issues at a later time. Right now I am looking to resolve synching with EPIM Cloud.
Do you have anymore information on this? I already stated what my cloud username is.

I cannot post your credentials here in the open. So either find a way to use PM or mail our customer support, please.

Your system told me it sent it to Admin. I do not know why you are not seeing it.

We can just forget the whole thing. I will cancel my EPIM Cloud account.
I do not understand why this has to be so complicated.

I opened an EPIM Cloud account yesterday and cancelled it moments ago. It doesn't sync 'Local Calendar' and is far too slow anyway. May as well just use PC sync before the developers ditch it. Like a lot of app developers, EPIM is pushing its users to a money-earning cloud-based system.
