Manual backup works, Auto backup has not worked Since ver.11 release.
Does anyone else have this problem?

I am on v11.0.3, and the auto backup is working fine for me.VictorParkerPIM wrote: ↑Thu Jul 28, 2022 5:13 pm Manual backup works, Auto backup has not worked Since ver.11 release.

Works on our side, as well. VictorParkerPIM, what's your backup setting? Please share a screenshot.

Please try changing a backup folder, will it make any difference? Will backup work if you click on the "backup now" button?

Yes, the backup Now button works. I will change backup Folder and wait 24 hours and check.
Thanks

@victorParkerPIM do you have any idea what the problem was? Incorrect capitalizations? Names too long? I know it happened, but I'm curious about why there should be a problem saving to any subfolder of your own documents folder. Curious minds and all that.

Re: Auto BackUp is not working on Ver. 11
Steve Shank: I had been using that backup folder for at least a year or two, could not see anything wrong with the folder name.
It seemed to happen on the ver. 11.0.1 update, The last auto backup was 7/12/2022, when the problem started.
The first thing I did, reboot computer, re Installed Epim, didn't fix the problem.
