If i close epim After errore, then if i open again, i can open the database, maybe After 2 or 3 open/close operation. The problem persist with Google mail Sync, because i Always get TABLE REMINDERS error. Do you think webcam fix this issue?

Let's be persistent. You can now open up the DB file using SYSDBA user without any issues? Do you have any other users in the database? If so, which of them has that gmail account?

I can open the database with SYSDBA, BUT as soon as i open it and as soon as i try to close it, i have an errore of TABLE REMINDERS.
only one account (MATTEO) has the google sync.
I tryed to cancel the sync, anyway the error persist.
I tryed to make a new database, but system don't allow me to do that, becasue i have ALWAYS this error:

There was an error during the execution of this program.
Click "Send" to submit the report to the developer. Please also provide any steps necessary to reproduce the problem.

no permission for read/select access to TABLE REMINDERS.

Please, take a look at this video on youtube

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_BZ1jOhAwVo

this is what happens everytime i open my Database.
If we can't solve this issue, i can't work anymore.

i tried also this:
1) Unistalled EPIM
2)Reinstalled EPIM
3) opened a new local database
4) add a google sync with my personal account - WORKED
5) Copied/Pasted in sevrer location
6) Opened Database on server with Admin SYSDBA
7) Deleted my personal Google sync (to avoid other users see my personal calendar)
8) Added new users
9) Saved database e closed
10) Opened database with user credntail (MATTEO and not SYSDBA)
11) Added a Google sync - DON'T WORK

SEEMS THAT A PRIVATE USER HAS NO RIGHT TO ADD A GOOGLE SYNC
THE ERRORE IS ALWAYS THE SAME:

no permission for read/select access to TABLE REMINDERS.

THE QUESTION AT THIS POINT IS:
HOW CAN A SIMPLE USER, NOT AN ADMINISTRATOR SYSDBA CAN ADD A GOOGLE SYNC?

1. We opened up the database file attached via network with SYSDBA and closed it - there's no error. Are you on EPIM 11.0.3?
2. What's "Google sync"? Meaning, what sort of modules/data you choose to sync with?

SAME PROBLEMS WITH OUTLOOK 365 SYNCRONIZATION.
IN GENERAL SYSTEM DON'T ALLOW NON ADMIN USERS, TO ADD SYNC
SEEMS THESE USERS HAVE NO PERMISSION

We're unable to reproduce the issue. Please check if it's going to work with a completely new database (no need to open it locally, though, before adding new sync via network). Also, I assume if sync is added for SYSDBA user, it will work as expected?
