synchronisatie met Epim Cloud

Synchroniseren met Epim Cloud levert voortdurend de foutmelding : "violation of PRIMARY or UNIQUE KEY constraint "PK_SYNCINFO" on table "SYNCINFO" Problematic key value is ("IDUSER" .
En dat doet hij op al onze computers sinds het gebruik van versie 11.0.1 .
Wij gebruiken Essential Pim Pro op een Windows desktop pc met windows 11 Home, versie 21H2, 64 bit.
Wij synchroniseren alleen de module Contacten

Try to clear up the sync data in File->Database Management, then under "Clear synchronization data" select EPIM Cloud from the drop down box and click on the Clear button. Will it help?

Please forward us the sync log file then. It can be found here: Tools->Options->Synchronization, Browse... and its filename should start with "EPIMCloudSync". Thanks!

I see the following error message in the log file: Socket Error # 11001. It means there was no Internet connection at that time.

If this message gets through, then there is internet connection. The new sync file is too large to send (22,454 kB)

Thank you. There's an issue with fields in contact groups. According to the log file, the number of fields is 679. Please remove all the unused and empty fields in WinEPIM and then perform a one-way sync from EPIM to EPIM Cloud. After that the 2-way sync should also start working.

How do I change my 2-way sync into a one-way sync ?

You cannot do that. Synchronization is a 2-way process for EPIM Cloud.

Is it an option for me to go back to version 10.2 ? The problem syncing to the EpimCloud started after upgrading to version 11

Sorry, I disinformed you. In this case instead of 1-way sync please log in to the web version of EPIM Cloud and delete the following file GroupFields.csv. After that synchronization will start working normally. Thanks.
