Hi,
I wanted to sync my EPIM database across my phone, laptop, and PC. After researching, I purchased a year of EPIM Cloud.
Astonsoft Invoice #20220640437
EssentialPIM Free 10.2.1
OS: Win 10, Build 19044.1766
I can log in to the cloud, but I keep getting "http/1.1 401 unauthorized" as a sync error.
On the Astonsoft page my purchase is showing as "pending".
Could that be the problem? Do I need to wait a few hours?

Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately, I logged in just now at 11:13am EST and got the 401 message again.

You're using an incorrect combination of login/password then. Let me PM you with the ones you need.
