Google Workspace Kontakt csv lässt sich nicht importieren

Hallo, ich bin am verzwifeln. Ich bin im Prozess Google Workspace zu verlassen und zu einem anderen Email Hoster zu wechslen, wo man nicht pro Adresse bezahlen muß. Das Problem hierbei ist, daß Google die email Kontakte nicht innerhalb von Gmail aufbewahrt sondern als eigene App, so daß die Kontakte beim Umzug der emails nicht mitkommen. Die Kontakte lassen sich leider nur als "csv für Google", "csv für Outlook" (was ist hier der Unterschied, Outlook habe ich nicht, kann ich daher nicht prüfen) oder "vcf für iOS" exportieren. Wenn ich nun versuche diese csv hier zu importieren, befinden sich sämtliche Informationen in einer spalte, so daß ein Zuweisung nach Kurzname, Nachname, Vorname, email Adresse etc. wie vom Programm gefordert nicht möglich ist. Ich habe auch verschiedene Standalone Adressbuchprogramme probiert, es ist überall in etwa dasselbe, am ehsten funktioniert es bei Efficcess. Wahrscheinlich bin ich zu blöd zu sowas. Ich habe mit solchen Formaten keine Erfahrung, und eine vernünftige Anleitung gibt es nirgends. Ist es möglich Google Kontakte hier zu importierem, oder muß ich jetzt ernsthaft etwa 500 Kontakte manuell abschreiben?

Why don't you simply sync with Google Contacts? Should take you no more than couple of minutes to set it up and get the contacts in EPIM.

How does that work? Never done ansy "syncing".

It looks to me that I need for this to use Windows Mail which I don't. Also I don't use any "Microsoft accounts". My PC runs on a local account.
