HTTP/1.1 302 Moved Temporarily

Post by jakerock »

Please tell me what to do here.
Here on the client side I have no access to my data.
As you can imagine, I am frustrated as hell.

Thank you for your help, Jason

Please try again. If still no go, try to clear up the sync data by clicking on File->Database Management, then select EPIM Cloud from the drop down list under the "Clear synchronization data" section and click on the Clear button. If it's still not going to work, please create a new DB and set up a new sync. Thanks.

Hello, thanks for the help.
Tried both of those ideas and still the same message.
Tested on two computers.

Anything else I can try?

In this case remove current synchronization in Tools->Options->Synchronization->EPIM Cloud and create a new one. Thanks!

Hi,
Yeah I tried both methods.
1. Problem file: Delete/recreate cloud sync, same error
2. New blank EPIM file: new cloud sync, same error.

Thank you

Sorry, you didn't ask about the kind of sync that was. I automatically assumed you were talking about EPIM Cloud, which might not be the case. So, please first mention which app/service you're trying to sync with. Thanks.

I definitely AM talking about the cloud sync.
It shows that error message upon program start and I am presented with My database without ANY ENTRIES IN ANY MODULE.
...On TWO computers.
Is this clear now?
Where the heck is my data!?!?!?

Your data is in Trash. We also need to see the log file, please forward it to us.

Any success fixing this issue? I've had this same problem for a week and support's suggestions do not work.

I have created a new database and tried resync but get the same "HTTP/1.1 302 Moved Temporarily" error.

Going to EPIM cloud website today shows "Internal Server Error".

Create a new EPIM db, add an EPIM Cloud sync account into it. Will it work? If not, please forward us the log file. Thanks!

No, none of it works. I thought that investing in the EPIM cloud was going to help me, but it has royally screwed me.
Incredible that this happened at all. I couldn't be more inconvenienced and am wondering if I should switch to another platform.
I will never get the time back, but I definitely want my money back for the cloud service.

Can you please advise as to how to set in motion a refund?
