Duplicate entries on syncing with caldav

I'm stick to 9.10.8, when EPIM syncs to a caldav compatible server (Baïkal), some entries on the server(which I added through another client software) got duplicated and were moved to Trash Bin on EPIM. I'm not sure if change to a different server would solve, it was very confusing.

I've attached the screenshot and log file below, hope it helps.
