Autosave and previous versions in notes.

As a writer who uses EPIM to write I am concerned about how previous versions work in notes with autosave.
I have autosave set to activate every 1min as I want to loss the least amount of work possible in power outages...etc. This has worked well for many years.
However a new pervious version is created with every autosave, so after a days worth of writing the pervious version system has become completely useless in notes as it has filled to the brim with what accounts to be 1min undo states.
I don't want to disable nor limit pervious versions because I like them for other types of content, but it is quite apparent that for writing in notes the system has great issues, and questionable useability as a whole.
