Can't find the backup files
Hi,
I can't find the backup files in the suggested folder ( where they should be looking at the backup option in the free version).
The folder where they should be is empty (tool-option-backup- database folder)
I just install my database on a new PC.
The backup should be done every 24h (if I'm not wrong) but after 24h the folder is still empty.
Thanks

Re: Can't find the backup files
1. What's the EPIM version number?
2. I assume we're talking about the Free version?
3. What's the database folder?

Re: Can't find the backup files
Thank you for youl quick reply.
Yes I'm talking about the free version; my version is the 10.0 for windows 11.
The database folder is :
C:/ users/david/ Appdata/Roaming/EssentialPIM/test.epim
But if I look in this folder is still empty.
Maybe I'm not looking in the right folder?
Thanks

I also tried to save the database on my desktop but I'm not able to see the file. Even if I enabled the "see the hidden files" mode.
But if I try to restore the database I'm able to see the file trough essentialpim program (but only with this)
If I wanto to save the database in order to export it I'm not able to do it
Thanks

Re: Can't find the backup files
I think you should check the location with some other file manager.
