List index out of bounds (25) error message

Is there anything that i can do to get rid of the

list index out of bounds, error message that comes up when i access contacts ?

this is stopping me using the programme, as it keeps coming up continutally

Did you delete some fields in contacts module? Like birthday?

i dont think i did,, but im not 100% sure.
