一直出现乱码框，怎么设置都不行

一直出现“预约/待办事项提醒”框，里面的字体乱码，怎么设置都没用。请问如何解决？谢谢

没法解决，我用了好多年了，乱码问题一直存在。——我打算弃了。

我多次尝试，发现不与第三方软件同步的时候就没有弹窗，一旦设置了outlook或者google同步就会立马开始出现上面那个弹窗，就算把第三方同步删掉还会继续出现乱码弹窗。
