Access Violation when starting

Using EPIM pro: All OK for a few weeks, but have now been getting the following message, after which the program shuts down.
Access violation at 0x006303E1(tried to read from 0x00000000), program terminated.
Have tried reloading from Microsoft Store but same thing happens.
