Please add screenshots from your sync set up in EPIM, from Office and from EPIM.

I have added two attachments. I believe the contacts are syncing but not sure. I may need to completely remove and install. The database may be corrupted. Desktop version keeps freezing when syncing. You ask me about my sync set up for office 365. Do I need to do something there to set up sync with EPIM

As it looks on the screenshots, Calendar Appointments should be synchronized. First synchronization may take quite some time, in which case it may look as if nothing is going on and EPIM is freezing. In this case just let EPIM synchronize for a longer period of time.

Hello,

thank you. To troubleshoot, enable extended logging in Tools-> Options-> Synchronization, start the synchronization for at least 1 hour and then get log for the synchronization using Tools-> Options-> Synchronization-> Browse and send it to epimsupport@... with a link to this forum topic.
